Record Summary 3 fruitbodies under Pedunculate Oak
Associated organism: under live tree of Quercus robur
Identification Notes: The in situ photograph of the old cracked cap was taken at 8pm as the light was failing. The rest were taken at 8am the following morning, by which time, unfortunately, the largest fruitbody had been knocked over and damaged, probably by deer.

Smell: iodoform.
