Notes:

Intermediate gills cut off almost straight, nearly 90 degrees.

Stem: stuffed.

Spore print: white, non-amyloid.

Volva: with abundant hyaline spherocysts and spheropedunculate cells, 40-80µm diam.

Spores: 11-12µm diam.

Basidia: 4-spored.

Gill edge: with a band of spheropedunculate cheilocystidia
