Notes:

Host ascospores black 12/8µm, ellipsoid.

Conidiomata sporodochial with brownish phialides in a close palisade.

Conidia hyaline, 2/2.5µm, adhering in a layer over the phialides so that the structure appears white.

Easily confused in the field with Polydesmia pruinosa.
