Notes:

Spore print: BFF "cinnamon".

Gill edge sterile, granular cystidiate, and very slightly darkened. A later collection (24 Oct 14[A]) from the same spot had well-developed dark gill edges.

Stipe: dark floccose when fresh (very wet - see gill photos) but smooth and sub-polished when drier.

Basidia: 4-spored.

Cheilocystidia: abundant, cylindric-clavate, with faintly coloured contents.

Spores: 10-11/7.5-8µm.
