Notes:

Cap: BFF: "fulvous", strongly pellucid striate, striae darker, BFF: "snuff brown"; centre at first BFF: "brown vinaceous", becoming BFF: "snuff brown" as matures. Convex, centre depressed, becoming umbilicate and perforate with age.

Gills: adnate with decurrent tooth to emarginate; BFF: "vinaceous buff", edge granular cystidiate but more or less concolorous.

Stipe: silky-polished; BFF: "buff", slightly pale upwards, slightly darker below; with white basal tomentum.

Spore print: slightly pinkish BFF: "cinnamon".

Cap cuticle: filamentous, septate, non-clamped, end cells inflated, 80-120/10-18µm, with multi-vacuolar pigment.

Basidia: 4-spored, without clamps at base.

Spores: 11-12/8µm.

Cheilocystidia: abundant, hyaline, narrowly clavate, 65/10-15.5µm, much larger than basidia.
