Notes:

Crust: 0.6mm thick.

Context: 15mm thick, brown, without white spots.

Pore layer: to 14mm deep

"Fomes spores" reported by another observer.

When the small slice was left in the fridge for a week, the hyaline generative hyphae grew out to form white patches.
