Notes:

Causes pale green spots on the leaves, with Entylomella anamorph poking through the stomata. On the undersurface the anamorph coalesces into white spots, but on the top surface where there are fewer stomata the conidia form discrete minute fascicles.

Ustilospores abundant, interstitial, sometimes in lines, in leaf spots, globose, 10-13µm diam.

Specimen kept in a cool place for 3 days until I had time to do microscopic examination; by then only ustilospores could be found.
