Notes:
Body length: 9.9mm; flagellomeres: 34+34, white band on F11-14, narrow black tyloids on F4-12 (tiny one on F13).
Clypeus broad and blunt, mandible with two teeth, lower much smaller, genal carina meeting hypostomal carina shortly before base of mandible.
Wings smoky brown.
Area superomedia transverse, small acute dentiparal teeth, juxtacoxal carina present.
Postpetiole strongly striate centrally, gastrocoeli strongly striate, thyridia orange, much smaller than distance between, strongly striate between.
Four sternites folded, hypopygium tip bluntly rounded-projecting.
Black (including scutellum) with orange femora, tibia and front tarsus, hind tibia darkened at base and tip.
