Daedalea quercina (L.) Pers., 1801 (Oak Mazegill)

Notes (MWS) A common bracket fungus on broad-leaved trees, especially *Quercus*. A medium-sized species with a hard corky texture that is slow to decay. Unlike most bracket fungi which have pores, this species has thick corky gill-like plates.
