Aecia: 18/15, 18/18, 21/20µm. Telia: 41/17, 48/19, 41/20µm, two-celled, terminal cell dark brown, thick-walled, swollen, smooth, slightly pointed; subterminal cell paler, usually narrower than terminal cell, tapered to stalk, slightly waisted at top, slightly swollen in centre.
