Notes:

Leaf spots: above: greyish buff to grey, often with white dots from conidiophores, border reddish-brown to purple; underside: grey with white dots from conidiophores and a pale brown border; the centre often splitting or falling out of old infections.

Conidiophores mainly hypophyllous, hyaline, emerging in clusters from stomata.

Conidia: haline, narrowly cylindric, cicatrized at both ends, vacuole often separating but not septate, (8)12-27/2µm.
