Notes:

Stem: with downward-pointing trichomes upward-pointing and glandular hairs.

Trichomes: hyaline, rough, thick-walled, 3-5 celled conical hairs, very slightly wider above septa (especially the final one), 120-300µm long, ≤12µm wide at base, arising from a pair of cells in adjacent rows in the epidermis. Occasional hairs with glandular tips.
Glandular hairs: head clavate (1)-2-(3)-celled, very thick-walled with narrow lumen, 30-35µm diam.; stalk short, narrow, one- or two-celled, tapering downwards.
Pedicel: with short, downward pointing hairs and sparse long-stalked glandular hairs.

Leaf: above with sparse, long, narrow, glandular hairs on the minor veins, below with similar hairs on all veins. Leaf margin with shorter hairs leaning towards leaf tip.
