Notes:

A storage rot on Ornamental Gourd which hadn’t ripened sufficiently.

Abundant greyish-brown walled, projecting, septate setae, darkest and widest (5µm) at slightly sinuous base, base rarely bulbous and then 13µm, tapering to 2.5µm at rounded, hyaline, apex, up to 200µm long.

Conidia: hyaline, aseptate, cylindric to slightly fusiform, ends tapered and curved, to slightly acicular, 20-30/2.5µm

Conidiophores: hyaline, in pustules, growing from blackish basal layer and between setae.

Dictyochaeta comes close, if it’s not Amerosporium.
