Notes:

Thallus: crustose, areolate, moist thallus greenish grey (mixed brown and green patches when magnified).

Apothecia: orange, convex, without visible margin, soft when moist, up to almost 1mm diam, K+ crimson.

Ascospores: ellipsoid, the longer spores narrowly amygdaliform, hyaline, 10.3-15.5/6.4-9µm

Asci: 8-spored, some entirely faintly blue in Melzer’s Iodine
