Associated organism: low down on dead stem of Melissa officinalis
Identification Notes: Conidiomata superficial, lenticular blisters, sometimes confluent, under shared thin black skin. Spore mass milky.

Conidia: 4-5/1µm, cylindric clavate to slightly curved, biguttulate at ends.
