Notes:

Numerous infected plants scattered over a large area.

Infected plants erect but shorter and non-flowering.

Aecia on both surfaces of leaves: at first with white peridium, but this soon lost.

Peridial cells: with outer surface finely striate, inner surface deeply granular.

Aeciospores: 18-20.5µm, globose to subglobose.
