Notes:

Possibly growing from buried wood, but couldn’t find it.

Stipe base: pale woolly tomentose.

Smell: faintly nitrous.

Cheilocystidia: 16µm wide, numerous, variable in shape, mostly fusiform, some beaked.

Basidia: 4 sterigmata
