Notes:

Growing in Hookeria lucens under Alder.

Cap diam: 25mm, 60mm

Stipe diam: 7mm, 15mm

Height: 22mm, 50mm,

Cap: centre reddish "vinaceous grey" (=dirty "livid vinaceous"), strongly sulcate at margin, margin "livid vinaceous" between sulcae.

Gills: BFF "D", hot (but not VERY hot)

Stipe: cream, BFF "B", "D" where handled, rugulose and tapering upwards. Little or no sign of stipe turning grey.

Fe+ average salmon pink.

Spore print: BFF "B".

Spores: ellipsoid, 10-12/7.5-8.5µm, with rounded-conical warts up to 0.8µm high and connected by fine lines forming a partial reticulum.

Dermatocystidia: narrowly clavate, 0-1 septate, up to 60µm long by 5-6µm wide
