Notes:

Growing near 27/9/01 [M], with intermediates nearby, this is just a washed out/sun bleached form.

Cap: centre very pale "buff"; tuberculate, sulcate; 50% peeling.

Stipe: white, tinged "buff" at base, cylindric; KOH: no reaction; formalin: no reaction.

Smell: unpleasant.

Taste: unpleasant then hot.

Spore print: "D".

Spores: 7-9/5-6µm; warts ≤ 0.6µm rather irregularly spaced and sized; several connectives; the occasional mesh; large clear plage, often with an amyloid distal patch.

Cap: no Dermatocystidia seen, but cap rather dirty.
