Klebsormidium (a genus of green filamentous algae)
| Notes (MWS) |
A common genus forming wefts of very fine green filaments in freshwater. It shares the H-shaped cell walls with Ulothrix, but may be distinguished by the parietal chloroplast being unlobed and encircling no more than 80% of the cell, so that the cells often look half empty. |
