Leccinum revisited: a new synoptic key to species

A reworked and updated key to Leccinum, now the dust has more or less settled on the synonymising of many of the species added in recent years.

A well-produced and useful account of this genus. After a general introduction, the key character states are described in some detail. This is followed by a letter-based synoptic key to species groups, keys to each species group and a short account for each species.

Also alerts the reader to the correct interpretation of the name Leccinum aurantiacum.

This updates and replaces the key presented in the first issue of Field Mycology.
