Crepidotaceae, Pleurotaceae and other pleurotoid Agarics

Key to Genera, and then for each genus, Key to Species followed by detailed species accounts.

This work covers several genera which have little in common beyond the pleurotoid growth form (ie with gills and stipe lateral or absent), but this is actually quite a useful selection and includes a number of little kown taxa.

The Crepidotus key doesn't use the very handy character of clamps on the pileal epicutis (see Pegler & Young 1972)
