Record Summary: heavy conidial infection on green parts of cultivated golden-leafed Spiraea
Associated organism: on live leaf of Spiraea
Identification Notes: Abundant hyaline conidia on green shoot and both leaf surfaces. Conidia in chains.

Could be Podosphaera (Sphaerotheca) spiraeae or P. clandestina. Need cleistothecia to distinguish.

Conidia: barrel-shaped, 23-26/13-14µm.
