| Identification Notes: |
Four leaves with colonies on underside, but one leaf with colony on upper side.
Perithecia: rough-walled, globular, golden-yellow, with brown-ringed ostiole when mature, superficial, in troops, each seated on a small red-brown hyphal mat, mostly hypophyllous. Ascospores: fusiform, 3-septate, cells unswollen, 64/7µm, and forming a single fascicle in ascus (multiseriate).
