Hymenium drying yellowish. Exudes pink juice when rewetted.
Ascospores: clavate-fusiform, with linear appendage at each end and one very large or two large oil drops, 18-26/4-4.5µm. Asci: plug weakely blued in Melzer's Iodine, spores biseriate. Paraphyses: cylindric, tips slightly swollen to 2-3µm, shortly overtopping the asci. Excipular hairs: poorly differentiated, brown-tipped, septate hyphae. |
