Record Summary: on dead Common Bistort stem
Associated organism: on dead stem of Persicaria bistorta
Identification Notes: Marginal hairs septate, thin-walled, 3.5µm tapering to 2µm, bright yellow, except inner ring which are white.
Yellow colour dissolving in 10%KOH after briefly turning red.
Flesh: brown
Paraphyses 3µm broad, c. 90µm long, exceeding asci by 10-15µm
Spores: 22-35/2.5µm
