Record Summary: under beech trees at edge of field
Identification Notes: Smell: rank, almost Himalayan balsam.
Cap white at first, radiating fibrils bruising and ageing coppery red.
Basidia: 4-spored.
Spores: 10-13/6-7µm, ellipsoid.
Cystidia: smooth, thin-walled, without crystals.
