Arctic alpine fungi of the English Lake District

An account of arctic alpine fungi that have been found in the Lake District, Cumbria, particularly those associated with Least Willow, Salix herbacea.

First British records of Cortinarius subtorvus, Inocybe humilis, and the first English records of Amanita nivalis and Hygrocybe salicis-herbaceae. Laccaria proximella was also found.
