Conserving our little Galapagos - Lundy, Lundy Cabbage and its beetles

Lists the special fauna and flora of Lundy, in particular, the endemic Lundy Cabbage and its associated beetle fauna which are restricted to 2.5 Km of cliff on the eastern sode of this island. Wild goats and invasive Rhododendron are the major threats. A pilot study using roped climbers on the steep cliffs has successfully removed Rhododendron from several cliffs to the benefit of the cabbage, but it will return.
