The principal research journal of the BSBI containing papers on higher plant botany, mainly relating to Britain and Europe.

The BSBI has an ongoing project to put the contents online (excluding notes, plant records, obituaries and book reviews). About a quarter of the volumes are online so far (Feb 2007).

The full index to all 25 volumes is available to download. You can download either an Acrobat (PDF) file or an Excel spreadsheet. The Acrobat file is listed by author, but you can text-search for subjects of interest (assuming the right word is in the title). The spreadsheet has columns for author, title, year, volume, part, page(s) and (chronological) sort no.
