Mycologist

A quarterly publication covering all aspects of Mycology. Early editions contained amany article of interest to field mycologists, but this role has now been largely taken over by Field Mycology, although The Mycologist continues to publish records of new British species.

It was sent to all members of the British Mycological Society until it ceased publication in 2006. It was replaced by "Fungal Biology Reviews", a much more technical "researchy" publication.

There are online indexes to the 134 profiles of fungi, and for the journal for years 1994-1999 and 2000-2003.
